Do you provide written estimates?▸
Yes — every project gets a written scope so you know what's included before work starts.
What's an egress window and do I need one?▸
Any basement bedroom needs a code-compliant egress window for emergency exit. If you're finishing a room as a bedroom, an egress window is required, not optional.
Can an unfinished basement be turned into a bathroom or bar?▸
Yes — both require new plumbing runs to the space, which we handle as part of the project. A basement bathroom may also need a sewage ejector system depending on your plumbing layout.
What's involved in finishing a basement?▸
Framing, insulation, drywall, electrical, flooring, and finishes, plus any specific spaces you want — a bathroom, a bar, a home gym, or an entertainment room. We scope the full project before work starts.
